New York Wedding Venues for Weekday Weddings

If you’re still on the fence about having your wedding on a weekday, check out my blog post here. For those who have already decided that’s the direction you want to go, you may be on the venue hunt. Though it’s always a good idea to ask a venue about pricing for different days of the week, in this post I wanted to round up some of the great venues in New York, Brooklyn and Hudson Valley to make your search easier.

501 Union

This modern Brooklyn venue in-between some of the hippest neighborhoods is extremely popular on weekends and comes with pricing to match at $12,600. The black and white color palette makes it easy to decorate in any style. Inquire through their site to find out about off-peak pricing.

Roxbury Barn and Estate

Located in Roxbury, NY, this stunning property sits on 42 acres. You’ll feel like you’re in your own little forest. They offer a midweek package of $7,800, which includes everything from tables and chairs to flowers.

Brooklyn Winery

As a fully functioning winery, BK Winery does not host September and October weddings, but if you’re open to the winter, they do have flexible pricing. The minimum guest count is also lower on weekdays.

Amali

Amali is a sustainable mediterranean restaurant in the middle of the city with several intimate private rooms. While the food and beverage may not vary for day of the week, the pricing is so affordable it’s worth mentioning on this list. Minimums run between $1,500 and $5,000.

Breezy Hill Inn

If you’re looking for a quaint Catskills getaway, the Breezy Hill Inn nestled into the side of a mountain could be your perfect venue. They are offering a $3500 petite wedding package for 20 people, which includes overnight accommodations!

Loft 29

Interested in a totally raw space to make your own? Loft 29 is a blank white space ready to be transformed. At just $350/hr, you can have the weekday wedding of your dreams for under a $3,000 rental fee.

Brooklyn Art Library

Can’t afford the NYPL but love the idea of books as your backdrop? The Brooklyn Art Library offers Monday-Thursday pricing of $2,600 for both a ceremony and reception.

Picnic House

Prospect Park fans rejoice because there is special weekday pricing ranging from $3,000-$4,000 depending on the season. The pricing includes table, chairs and some other rentals as well.

Sixth Floor Loft

With beautiful peach colored walls and some antique tables already included, you’ll feel cozy in this intimate Union Square loft. The pricing here is awesome: pay hourly at $200-$300/hr, or get their 10 hour bundle for just $2,000.

The Green Building

Talk about iconic New York wedding venues! The Green Building was originally a brass foundry and between the exposed brick and outdoor space, it’s truly perfect. You should definitely consider having your weekday wedding here as prices are between $4,000-$6,000 Mondays-Thursdays depending on the time of year. That’s $3,000 less than weekends!

Midtown Loft & Terrace

If you want the best of both worlds: an outdoor space in the middle of NYC, this is your spot. For those of you with intimate guest counts (under 75 people), Midtown Loft & Terrace offers great weekday pricing: $4,000 for just the terrace and $6,000 for the loft+terrace.
